100ml 1.5% Milk foam
Dark chocolate for garnish
1 tsp Vanilla syrup
Shaved dried coconut for garnish

Let's make it!

  • On Vertuo espresso cup rim put Vanilla syrup and add dried coconut powder. (See picture)
  • Pour 100 ml of milk 1.5% directly into the Nespresso Barista device. Close the lid, select the “Café Viennois” recipe on the device and press the start button.
  • Extract 40ml of Tocanto espresso into Vertuo espresso cup.
  • With the Barista device spoon, display the viennois milk foam on the coffee.
  • Display some shaved dark chocolate - Sprinkle some dried rose over it.
