When you receive immediate technical diagnosis and a solution to your machine query, the Nespresso Club will collect your machine at a pre-arranged time, organize the loan of a new machine when available and bring back your machine once repaired - This service is available 6 days a week.

4. AFTER SALES
Nespresso warrants machines against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of:
2 years for Original Line and Vertuo Line machines from the date of purchase.
1 year for the Professional Line machines from the date of purchase.
* Cleaning and descaling are not covered as a warranty repair.

The Club delivers your orders wherever and whenever you would like throughout Kuwait, order before 2:00 pm and receive your order on the same day or order after 2:00 pm and receive your order next day.
