2. PHONE ORDERS

Our qualified Coffee Specialists are available at 249 22 600 to advise you on your coffee selection and to ensure easy phone ordering, convenient delivery & immediate machine assistance at the following times:

Saturday to Thursday from 8:00am till 8:00pm

When you receive immediate technical diagnosis and a solution to your machine query, the Nespresso Club will collect your machine at a pre-arranged time, organize the loan of a new machine when available and bring back your machine once repaired - This service is available 6 days a week.

3. BOUTIQUE ORDERS

Throughout the world, the Nespresso Boutiques invite coffee lovers to experience the art of espresso. Experience the unique world of Nespresso in our modern and stylish Boutiques. The French architect Francis Krempp has created a unique design, combining art deco design with contemporary shapes and materials.

Discover all of the Nespresso products: the Premium Blend coffees, the limited edition varieties, the machines and accessories for maintaining your machine and enhancing your coffee experience.

Our specialists are pleased to offer personalised advice, provide guidance or share their Nespresso expertise with you.

4. AFTER SALES

Nespresso warrants machines against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of:

2 years for Original Line and Vertuo Line machines from the date of purchase.

1 year for the Professional Line machines from the date of purchase.

* Cleaning and descaling are not covered as a warranty repair.

The international warranty on Nespresso machines is valid 2 years after the machine purchase and it should be the same model that is sold by Nespresso. The same model also means that electric power is the same (220V).

When you receive an immediate technical diagnosis and solution to your machine query, Nespresso will collect your machine at a pre-arranged time, organize the loan of a replacement machine when necessary and bring back your machine once repaired, the service is available 6 days a week.

DELIVERY

The Club delivers your orders wherever and whenever you would like throughout Kuwait, order before 2:00 pm and receive your order on the same day or order after 2:00 pm and receive your order next day.

RECYCLING

With the Nespresso recycling plan, we have partnered with MRC (our official Recycling Partner) to provide a service for recycling your used aluminium capsules and fulfilling your commitment to protecting the environment. Ensure to drop your capsules in a recycling bag & drop them off at your nearest Boutique today.
