40ml Infiniment Gourmand-Original
100ml 1.5% Milk
10ml Agave syrup
10gr Roasted chopped hazelnut

Let's make it!

  • Pour 100 ml of 1.5% fat milk into the Nespresso Barista device or an Aeroccino4. Close the lid, select the “Latte Macchiato” recipe and press the start button.
  • Pour 10 ml of Agave syrup in a View Recipe glass.
  • Pour the hot milk foam in the glass, and brew 40ml of Infiniment Gourmand on the top.
  • Sprinkle roasted chopped hazelnuts on top.

  • Tip from Pierre Hermé:

    Roast the hazelnuts in the oven at 160°C.
