Here is what you need

  • 1 ICE INTENSO capsule

  • 150 g / 5 ice cubes

  • 100 ml sparkling water

  • 15 ml vanilla syrup

  • 1 Tsp fresh or dried lavender

  • 10ml fresh lemon juice

  • 1 lemon slice

  • Optional: 1 sprig of fresh lavender

Let's make it!

  • Brew a capsule of ICE INTENSO (40 ml) over 1 tsp of fresh or dried lavender, in a VIEW Recipe glass. Let it infuse for 2 minutes before straining it into a shaker and adding one ice cube. Seal the shaker and shake vigorously. OR with the Nespresso Barista device, strain it into your Nespresso Barista jug, add 1 ice cube, close the lid, select the “Iced Nitro” recipe and press the start button.

  • Place 4 ice cubes and a slice of lemon into your glass, then add the vanilla syrup, 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and sparkling water. Stir gently.

  • Pour the cold coffee on top, and garnish with a fresh sprig of lavender.
