Here is what you need
Let's make it!
- Extract 40ml of espresso into your Barista device and add 1 Ice cube. Close the lid, select the “Iced Nitro” recipe and press the start button.
- Into a View recipe glass, put 4 pieces (20 g) of fresh non treated Lemon, 4g of brown sugar ( 1 Nespresso brown sugar stick. Muddle it. Add 5 fresh Basil leaves and 10ml of cane syrup.
- Add 3 Ice Cubes of 30 grammes and pour 70ml of sparkling water. Mix it slowly with a spoon. Pour the cold Nitro coffee style over it. Add a nice piece of fresh basil and fresh lemon peel on the top.
