Let's make it!

  • Mix the Vimto, water and salt and pour in a metal tray and place in the freezer until frozen (about 8 hours).
  • Brew the coffee (espresso) and let it stand for a few minutes to cool.
  • Use a fork and scrape large crystals of the frozen Vimto granita and spoon the granita into a cup.
  • Pour the cool coffee on top
    Spoon the whipped cream on top and serve.
