Aromatic Profile
For Sweet & Smooth Recipes with Milk
Origin
Because finding synergy between coffee and milk does not happen by chance, our dedicated team of coffee experts across various departments worked tirelessly to craft delightful pairings of coffees for milk. It all begins with the beans. Different coffee origins carry different aromatic profiles and tastes. In BIANCO PICCOLO for milk, we balanced Arabicas from a diversity of origins stretching from China to Colombia, and Brazil to Ethiopia. Because roast parameters also impact the final coffee and milk alchemy, we performed countless trials, taking care to strike the fine balance of roast temperature and time that would develop the blend’s rich roasted notes to balance with the creamy sweetness of milk in your shorter recipes with a stronger roasted coffee taste to them. BIANCO PICCOLO for milk is specially crafted to be the powerful yet smooth coffee designed for making cappuccinos, latte macchiatos, and flat whites.
Roasting
This coffee is roasted in two splits. The first split is medium-dark and takes the majority of the coffee. The second split is light to very light and balances out the overall roast, always aiming for the best combination to work well with milk.
