Historically, northern Italy’s roasters relied on the treasures the explorers returned with to the port of Genoa. True to tradition, Ispirazione Italiana Milano is fashioned of mostly Latin American Arabicas, its medium-dark roast paying tribute to this city’s coffee heritage.
