Split Roast Dark Roast.
Both splits in this blend are dark roasted. However, we separate the Costa Rican beans from the rest for a darker and particularly long roast, which pushes the beans much further than what we usually do. This process enhances the intensity and depth of the coffee's flavor, bringing out the bold and bitter characteristics that make it unique.
