    1. Long Black Over Ice
      Fruity Flowery

The Long Black Over Ice blend has a stronger acidic note and fruit aromas that create that refreshing taste. It helps the coffee stand alone as a black coffee without milk. Those characteristics also complement the sparkling water, and tropical flavor of coconut syrup you may add.

    1. Flat White Over Ice
      Roasted & Spicy

The Flat White Over Ice blend focuses on the roasty note and the body that can punch through milk and strike a perfect balance in taste. The rich aromas balance out the sweetness of the milk, and the caramel syrup touch you may add.

    1. Chiaro
      Sweet biscuit

FOR SWEET AND SMOOTH RECIPES WITH MILK.

You can really cocoon with BARISTA CREATIONS Chiaro because it was designed for the sweet harmony of coffee with milk or milk froth. To create this blend, we took a meticulous new approach, studying every aspect of the coffee and milk interaction. The baristas in Brooklyn inspired us with their light roasts that allow the coffee’s natural sweetness to land on a smooth and decadent note when you add milk. To get this same epicurean effect we carefully selected Arabicas from Kenya and Indonesia for their incredible sensory potential, then developed our very light roast to preserve the coffee’s sweetness – ready to reveal itself with delicious biscuit and caramel notes when combined with milk. Best served as a Cappuccino (25 ml of coffee with 60 ml of frothed milk), but it’s also great in a larger Latte Macchiato recipe.

    1. Ethiopia
      4
      FLOWERY AND BRIGHT
This is Ethiopian Arabica at its finest - decadently aromatic. It has an orange blossom aroma, but the rich fruit jam notes come from the sun-dried coffee in Master Origin Ethiopia with dry processed Arabica. Ethiopian farmers have used this method for longer than anyone else. For up to four weeks the sun shines down on the Arabica coffee as the Ethiopian farmers carefully hand-turn it at regular intervals to ensure it dries evenly. Getting it just right means layers of sweetness and ripe fruit flavors seep into the heart of those Ethiopian coffee beans. If you like milk and coffee, try Master Origin Ethiopia with dry processed Arabica with milk froth to make a cappuccino. You’ll find all the delicate floral notes still smoothly dancing through this cup of coffee with milk. All the skill of Ethiopian coffee farming still shines through milk foam.

    1. Indonesia
      8
      RICH AND WOODY
Master Origin Indonesia wet-hulled Arabica is a race against rain. Indonesian farmers wet-hull their coffee because of the humid climate. After removing the fruity outer flesh, the Sumatran coffee beans are left to ferment overnight, then hand washed and sundried for a day. Then they remove the parchment because exposed beans dry faster. The heat and bouts of sunshine dry the beans quickly. The method is unique to them and produces the classic Indonesian coffee taste - velvety thick, wildly aromatic, notes of cured tobacco. Master Origin Indonesia wet-hulled Arabica contains only Fair Trade Indonesian Arabica coffee processed in this unique way. Try Master Origin Indonesia wet-hulled Arabica with a dash of milk - nutty, woody and roasted notes emerge in this intense Master Origin coffee with milk.

    1. VIEW Lungo
You instinctively want to slip your finger through the loop of the cup’s handle, cradle it in your hand and feel the warmth of the coffee through the dense glass. The VIEW collection fits into your hand, and into your life. Set of 2 Lungo cups (ca. 180ml) in tempered glass and 2 saucers in stainless steel (18/10) with a shiny and brushed finish. Both cups and saucers are dishwasher safe. The VIEW Collection saucers are made of stainless steel 18/10, a very durable material, but sensitive to scratching. The saucers are dishwasher safe but are not suitable for microwave and oven use. When washing the saucers by hand, do not use an abrasive sponge and wipe the surface completely with a dry towel to avoid water stains.
